Safety of our guests is our utmost concern during the COVID-19 pandemic so we following all Provincial guidelines and are taking extra steps to sanitize and disinfect our suites and common areas to the highest standards. Keeping our staff safe is also a top priority so please keep your distance at the front desk or encountering our staff in hallways and common areas. Elevator etiquette means only having your family or group cohort in the elevators at any one time. When checking-in please only send 1 person per group into the lobby to complete the check-in process.
The pool and hot tubs as well as the fitness centre will remain closed until Phase 3 of Alberta's relaunch and we will be monitoring best practices as we move forward. There is no set date for the Phase 3 relaunch.
As Canmore restaurants and retail stores open up you'll find some new ways of doing business that may be inconvenient but are meant to keep us all safe so patience and understanding are the key.

Cancellations must be 14 days prior to arrival date for reservations more that 3 nights, for reservations that are 3 nights or less we require 72 hours (3 days) prior to your arrival date notice. If we do not receive your notification within the cancellation policy your deposit will be forfeited.
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of total of 1 night stay for a reservation less than 3 nights stay. Reservation more than 3 nights is confirmed with a deposit of 50% of your total stay.
We accept all major methods of payment. These include: Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Cash.
